We recommend beginning clarinetists to get a 10-pack of 2.5 strength reeds.  Juno or Royal are both great options.  The care kit has the most needed supplies for taking care of your instrument.  The music stand should be used for at home practice.  The essential elements book is a very popular band method used at Manning Elementary and many others.  A metronome and tuner combo is an essential practice tool.
